THEODORE HANNA

Theodore Hanna is an attorney specializing in public international law, sovereign debt, and international financial governance. He is admitted to practice in New York and is a recent graduate of the LL.M. program in Public International and European Law at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
As a 2026 Fulbright Fellow, he will lead a project hosted by the LL.M. program on the Piraeus COSCO investment, examining its implications for international investment law, state sovereignty, and EU legal frameworks. He will work under the supervision of Assoc. Professor Anastasios Gourgourinis and collaborate with Greek legal scholars, practitioners, and political institutions.
