ILIAS PLAKOKEFALOS

Ilias Plakokefalos is assistant professor of public international law at the Department for Political Science and Public Administration at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has read law at the University of Essex, Tulane University, and at the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens. He was post-doctoral researcher at the University of Amsterdam (2012-2015) and assistant professor at Utrecht University (2015-2017).
