SOFIA ATSOPARIDI

Sofia has graduated from the Law School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece and holds an MA in Criminology with Forensic Psychology (Distinction) from Kingston University, London. She is a doctoral candidate at Middlesex University London, focusing on public international law, international environmental law and climate change.

She works as a Quality Assurance Officer at AKTO College Athens where she is involved in maintaining academic quality standards and processes. She previously worked as Research Programmes Coordinator at Middlesex University, a role that entailed strategy building, training and development, academic planning for the research provision and stakeholder engagement within and outside the University. 

Her academic interests include international criminal and humanitarian law and human rights law.
