PhD in International Law, Paris 2 University (Subject: "La sécurité de l'aviation civile en droit international public"). Prix de thèse of the French Society of Air and Space Law. Attorney at Law, member of the Athens Bar Association.

1998-2002, Professor of International and Air Law, Military Aviation Academy.

2005-2006, Legal adviser of the Minister of National Defense (Greek Government) in Air Law and International Law matters.

2008-2010, Member of the Greek Air Accident Investigation and Aviation Safety Board.
