We are thrilled to announce that one of our very own, Professor Linos-Alexander Sicilianos, f. President of the European Court of Human Rights, Dean of the Law School of the University of Athens and candidate for judge at the International Court of Justice, has been awarded the title of Doctor honoris causa of the l’ Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, on 12 October 2021 in the Grande Amphithéâtre de la Sorbonne.

Prof. Sicilianos’ intervention concerned the human dimension of International law, a subject of growing interest in the international plane.
