Our newly created forum, the AthensPIL Research Exchange, will hold its second meeting on May 11 (18:00-19:30 EEST) in a hybrid format.

Mr. Dimitris Panousos, LL.M. Student at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, will present on his research paper titled “The HMS Defender Incident: a gap in the law of neutrality?” and Mr. Panagiotis Sergis, Policy & Legal Advisor at the Hellenic Navy, will be the discussant.
