We are very proud to announce the participation of Dr Efthymios Papastavridis, Research Fellow at AthensPIL, in the MERCRO Project Conference  “The Superposition of Legal Regimes at Sea: Theoretical and Practical Challenges” organised by the Université Lyon 3 Jean Moulin on 24 and 25 June 2021. Dr Papastavridis will be talking about "Privatization of Policing at Sea and its Challenges under International Law" and will also be chairing the panel on Migration.
