The School of Law and the National & Kapodistrian University of Athens has participated in the Foreign Direct Investment International Arbitration Moot since 2014. This year, the Athens Public International Law Center (Athens PIL) is proud to host the first ever Athens FDI PreMoot, held online between 23-25 October 2020. We are delighted to have 35 leading academics and practitioners of international investment law from 10 different jurisdictions as arbitrators in the Athens FDI PreMoot, as well as 12 university teams, from 10 different countries and 4 different continents!
