Athens PIL is engaged in the development and execution of various Research Projects relating to the study and promotion of all aspects of public international law, at the national, European and international level.

Our projects include:
•    Research programmes, including privately-funded programmes;
•    Organisation and hosting of scientific events, lectures, seminars and conferences;
•    Specialized research-oriented summer courses;
•    Research conducted for the Faculty of Law of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens;
•    Any other activity relating to the study of public international law.

The outcomes of the Athens PIL Research Projects are publishable, in accordance with its statute. For more information, consult our Research Paper Series and our Publications (tba).

Information for potential Partners:

In accordance with the Athens PIL Statute, Research Projects can be undertaken in cooperation with domestic and international academic institutions and research centres, dedicated to and/or interested in the study and promotion of public international law.

Athens PIL is also cooperating with international organizations, public sector services, local municipalities, as well as other scientific and social actors and stakeholders, domestic and international. Proposed research projects should address and/or offer solutions to contemporary sociopolitical issues relating to the application of public international law.
